Low paid, long hours, if someone calls in and they do daily at my building, its all on you. Your employees treat you horribly and there is nothing you can do, HR sides with them. You write them up, they complain to HR and you get in trouble. I aak the regional manager, corporate chef and others to visit the building and they say no. District manager hires her daughter to run a building then she stays at her building everyday and ignores your request for help
