You have the ability to transfer to multiple locations in 48 states. The hours you work are reasonable. The vacation and sick time offered was fair.
Cons
I believe some of demands of production from corporate were impossible. I have over 30 years experience from labor to management and I like hard physical labor. I feel that what I accomplished was nearly impossible to ask of one person.
