Management was very hands off, unless there was a problem.
Cons
Poor management - I asked to work at home a few days and this got approved in writing, they came back the next month and I got in trouble for not being at the facility those days. I helped out for a month at their accounts during staff transition. Turns out they overpaid me for helping out so they came back and withheld my last paycheck after 'realizing their mistake.' Then threatened legal action against me if I didn't agree. Months after quitting, I started working at another account that they had previously held a contract with and go figure, threatened legal action again and made me resign my position due to their employment terms. They are petty and show no respect for the work you do. All of the clients I worked for had bad working relationships with the company.
