Pros
Working with residents helping them during their golden years.
Cons
No raises for at least the past 7 years. District managers only care about budget, budget, budget. Work the managers half to death, expect them to work 7 days a week. Not enough money to get the proper supplies. No advancing unless you are in the good old boys club. People who work the floor get horrible pay for what they do and no raises. Holiday pay taken away.
