Pros
Gain valuable experience in many facets of administration business procedures. That's the best part as you can take that elsewhere and apply it in career path as skills learned that can be an asset to other companies.
Cons
No promotional opportunities available regardless if It's implied being performance based (it's who you know not what you earn or do to prove yourself), no employees incentives, nor raises annually with employment. The salary doesn't match the workload and they do not stay true to their word (I.e. salary increases). Work is more demanding and can be more stressful then expressed by company as they call the title account manager, however it's all operational work in one building (You will have to strip/wax, fill any role of your employees at any given time if they call in or your short, Payroll, HR, Scheduling, Community responsibilities, etc.). Don't expect to be located in a building where you live as they place you anywhere they need you. That means you will not be compensated for your mileage or in salary to compensate money you will be spending in gas, so it hurts you financially in that manner. If you don't care to advance ever, stay in the same position or place forever, never see financial success in the form of bonuses, raises, or incentives, and only want the bare minimum in a company, this is the place for you.
