Pay, opportunity to add experience to your resume. HCSG does pay for your annual Certification dues.
Cons
80 to 100 hour work weeks. extremely high cost of benefits. No time for you to have some R & R. No support from District Manager/ Corporate office. HCSG always looking to add more paperwork on top of your Daily/ weekly/ monthly reports. No training from RD/ DM, especially when thrown into a Union Contract.
