Pros
The only pro is not having upper management breathing down your neck every day, unless you have a difficult client.
Cons
Where should I start........ Salary sucks, hours suck, benefits are nonexistent, and wearing nice dress clothes to do physical dirty labor with no clothing bonuses is fantastic. Having to lie to your hard working employees why their checks are always messed up and short because upper management is trying to get a nice bonus that month is fun. Oh and being promised promotions all the time while it never happens is great too. Just a great place :) NOT!!!!
