Cons
This company hires qualified managers with the promise of promotion within 6 months. They don't pay enough for the work required and they make you salaried so you can work enormous amounts of overtime to cover shifts without using overtime. Account Managers are required to provide their own cell phone and cell service, use their personal car to drive all over the place with no mileage reimbursement, provide your own laptop and printer and they won't provide any basic office supplies. However, you are responsible for running your office efficiently and organized. When you do put in an expense report they never pay it. You are not allowed to contact anyone from payroll, accounting, etc. They don't provide annual increases to their frontline staff.
