JOB SEEKERS BEWARE - Account Manager Healthcare Services Group Employee Review

Pros

It does not matter how bad you are at your job, the company won't fire you, just will relocate you instead. (Obviously this is a CON to anyone who cares about their job at all).

Cons

EVERYTHING. But let's start with the pay, $19/hr for an Account Manager, what a joke. And they absolutely will NOT tell you your wages until AFTER your training is over (and it ends up being the exact same as your trainee wage). Should have walked away at that point, but I gave it a shot anyway. They pay their line staff even worse, which will make it impossible for you to hire anyone, meaning you do ALL of the work in the building by yourself. So be prepared to not only do your job as Account Manager, but also laundry and housekeeping aid as well. Just avoid this company at all costs, I regret not reading company reviews before taking the position.

Pros

coming to work and greeting residents and some of the staff, that helps me through the day, laughing and joking around, just so I don't think about the negativity that comes with working for hcsg and working in a autumn lake building

Cons

working understaffed meaning 3 and half housekeepers, is not gonna cut it and people go on vacation or sick or just off.. the slack is passed down on us and more so on the manager, the company culture uses him and he can never take time off because he's filling in 100 percent of the time.
