Pros

Good way to get experience in the management and hospital work force. Autonomy for the most part in running you're own building. Opportunities for growth are available if one is willing to go to the depths to achieve so.

Cons

Easy to become the scapegoat in case things don't go right in your building. Lack or support from upper management. Un ethical work ethic from upper management. No over time provided even in the case of emergencies. Company seems more concerned in its own benefits rather than actually pleasing it's clients.

Pros

coming to work and greeting residents and some of the staff, that helps me through the day, laughing and joking around, just so I don't think about the negativity that comes with working for hcsg and working in a autumn lake building

Cons

working understaffed meaning 3 and half housekeepers, is not gonna cut it and people go on vacation or sick or just off.. the slack is passed down on us and more so on the manager, the company culture uses him and he can never take time off because he's filling in 100 percent of the time.
