Pros
It’s a community of supporting each other with the same end goal that you are each working together to achieve. They are very understanding with children or adjusting hours as long as the job gets done. You’re always learning something new. You get to help a client meet goals to succeed. If you thrive on being busy and achieving goals in your career, then this is the company for you!
Cons
Family/work life balance. Office days went from twice a week to help get your work done to rarely allowed for district managers. If you are in a building your to help the client 100% and not be on your computer to do business reporting but then you bring it home in the evenings in order to complete the reports which I used to do on office days with all of the follow up. It’s hard to be taken from family in evenings every night, wears on a person who gives it their all.
