Pros

I had the chance to work with corporate office management and was able to meet the CEO when he did a meet and greet. I had the opportunity to work with good district and regional managers that cared about their employees, success, and accomplishments.

Cons

When a new manager comes in. They are making more money than the current managers.

Pros

In my experience, I did not find any meaningful advantages to working for this company\. The compensation, work\-life balance, leadership, and overall work environment outweighed any potential benefits, and I would not recommend the company based on my experience\.

Cons

Compensation is low compared to the level of responsibility expected. The work-life balance is poor, with an expectation of being available well beyond normal business hours, making it difficult to disconnect. PTO and vacation exist on paper but, in my experience, were difficult to use because operational demands always came first. In my experience, there was a culture of inconsistent accountability. I observed what I believed to be nepotism and situations where I felt members of upper management did not consistently follow the same company policies expected of employees. When I raised concerns about these issues, I felt they were not addressed appropriately and that I experienced retaliation afterward. Access to benefits through the employee portal was often frustrating, communication from leadership was inconsistent, and professional boundaries were not always respected due to frequent after-hours calls and messages. Overall, the workload, lack of work-life balance, and leadership concerns outweighed the positives of the role.
