New management - Dietary Aide Healthcare Services Group Employee Review

New management lacks leadership skills. Constantly do not have what is on the menu. When you go to her for any reason you get a dismissive or excusatory attitude. Expects dayshift to complete all tasks within the amount of time but allows night shift to leave half the job undone therefore expecting day shift to pickup slack. When you go to her nothing gets resolved so you go above her head only to get reprimanded for doing so. Worst management ever!
