Pros

Great mission and you know you are making a difference because you see the elders we help.

Cons

Terrible communication from the top results in a lot of turnover and poor communication in all departments. Poor pay, even for a nonprofit level. Since I've left, I have intel that it kept getting worse protect your mental health because they wont.

Pros

Great coworkers and lovely location. Loved all of the clients I got to help. CEO is amazing. Many people here have a good heart

Cons

lack of adequate supervision, the work often felt emotionless. Majority of the employees are older and the company lacks innovative and new approaches.
