RUN!! - Call Center Agent Heatherwood Communities Employee Review

The management is terrible, racist and LAZY! Do not work here unless you want to do the job of 3 other people at a time while also being berated by your racist manager. During my year with heatherwood I saw gross misconduct from management including favoritism, threatening to “cut” new trainees for not being quick enough, co-workers crying at their desk due to mean comments from managers, sexual harassment from supers and an HR department that truly does not care about its employees. Not to mention in a department as small as 4 people, I’ve seen people go on lunch and never return!!
