High expectations, high pressure with low assistance I saw another review that spoke on gossiping and clique.These teachers sit around, talk about each other TO each other and you’ll see them buddying up the next day. They talk about someone as soon as they walk away, no kidding. They talk about a family environment, but it’s really upsetting to see what they do to each other. You notice those who have their group of people they like and don’t make other people feel welcomed unless they want something from them. Kind of like bottom feeders. No support with issues dealing with parents, kids or behaviors. They want teachers to deal with everything under the sun. Exhausting. They only promote people who kiss up to the ones who ‘matter’ You see staff leaving consistently
