Some poor leadership at the middle management level. Uninspired people that just spend each rotation surviving instead of trying to improve the situation here. Awful communication between departments but that was improving before I left. Major lack of training and advancement opportunities by said middle management. No formal/informal progress reporting to speak of. Few people spend more than a year here. Slightly to moderately underpaid by industry standards.
