      Pros

      Pretty competitive pay for interns once you factor in overtime (manager dependent) and paid housing. They treat their interns well and its a great introduction to mining.

      Cons

      There were really no downsides. If you don't like mining you might not like the internship, but that's not Hecla's fault.
