lost job - Pilot Heidelberg Materials Employee Review

I worked with Lehigh hanson for 17 yrs, I was told I was gonna get a raise if I stayed with the company so I did , assuming id get it. Two checks later and no raise . I call the manager and he tells me to do what ever I halfto do. What a away to treat a 17 yr employee.
