Pay benefits and retirement are great.

Work schedule is demanding. High turn over

- North America wide footprint - young and dynamic team - good vision how cement production could look like in the future

- tenure/seniority is worth more then anything else - lack of strategy - managers care more about their own job security, then supporting their team when addressed with concerns - management pretends to do employee surveys and listening exercises, but their are just smoke screens, no follow up, nothing changes
