Hanson has numerous employee's who have worked for the Company for a long time. People are loyal as they believe in the Companies values and enjoy the benefits and support available to them. You will often hear that they strength is within the people and teams they work in. Hanson are working hard on their Diversity and Inclusion journey and can evidence many courses of action taken to ensure they are treating people with fairness , inclusion and respect.
Cons
As with most construction type sites hours can be long in the operational roles however the remuneration packages and wellbeing support offered supports this.
