      Pros

      Good wages, but no life.

      Cons

      This place is filthy, and dangerous. When I was hired they never informed me i would be on call. Upper management was nice but corporate leadership was not supportive of our plant. The work life balance was deplorable. The maintenance mechanics were worked so hard as well as short handed. The plant itself is completely falling apart.
