Thanks for the feedback! We agree that we can expand our safety programs and initiatives beyond those that are already in place (documented on our internal wiki). To address this, we are currently hiring for a Safety Manger to lead this initiative, as well as a Learning & Development Manger to put the right safety trainings in place in addition to the trainings we currently offer. We recognize that with our rapid team growth over the last year and a half, we need to continue scaling our organizational infrastructure to match our size. Although in the last year we have introduced management training, formal performance reviews, and are now building a leveling structure, we still are working to develop programs helpful to all employees, regardless of their role or longevity on our team. If there are additional programs you’d like to see us prioritize, please share them with me directly, with our People Business Partner team, your manager, or in our anonymous engagement survey.
