Pros

I dint find any good reason to work

Cons

They will tell that even after the contract with company for which you are being hired you will be permanent employee the H &M but thats the false promise they are making. They will stop giving salary as soon as your contact with parent company is over also they will stop picking up your call and email to let you know about this.First you will have to beg for months (I had to call and email them for 3 months) to get relieving letter later they will make you beg to get your last month salary(Its been 4 month I still have not got) and forget about PF they will not respond to your p request.Once you join this organisation you will not get any promotion and no new placement through this.If you do not have any job or any thing to do then only join this company and as soon as you join try searching for new job and come out of H&M once you get new job if you want to save your carrier

Pros

I had worked at Helios & Matheson Analytics Inc full-time for more than 2 years. Great coworkers who are really smart and respectful. In fact, I would stress on the genuinely nice portion. They senior management is quite knowledge about the finance space and will help you to succeed if your from a technical background to understand the business aspect. I got great experience working on analytics projects in the Financial Services space. The company really cares about its employees and treats them really well. Work-life balance is awesome. With this experience I got a better opportunity and higher salary in New York with a big bank. You can always bring new ideas to the table and the management is always interested in investing in your learning. Great start for a data analyst looking to gain experience in the Financial Services space.

Cons

You will be working on multiple projects and it can be a challenge at times with less number of resources to meet deadlines. As a result you will spend a lot of time in meetings and giving updates to the project management team. Its essential that employees be given training on maintaining work life balance. This can be stressful at times, but that's what makes this job fun and challenging at the same time.
