      Long working hours and expected outside hours work with international teams - hours not given back Very low salary vs market No career progression opportunities Lack of any company culture Systems and tools don't work and lack of support in being able to complete job well Significant pivots in company strategy every year mean expectations change Large redundancies on a regular occurrence

      Great product discounts and nice corporate offices.

      Cons

      Very poorly run company. The distribution center operations is a very toxic boys club, rife with blame culture and senior leadership throwing junior leaders under the bus. Good ideas from the "wrong" people aren't listened to, and bad ideas from the "in crowd" are pushed through – and quickly fail. Building and executing effective training is always seen as a road block, and then used as a scapegoat. Hard to see how things will improve in the current state.
