Pros

There is nothing good about this place.

Cons

They do not care at all about the clients, management tries to get staff to lie about things that were done, and were actually not done. The owner of the company Rick Cantrell hates anyone of any other race and also does not like people who are gay. The office staff is nice to your face, and then act like teenage girls behind your back. They will write up for every little thing, even things that you can not avoid. I have made many complaints over the years, and things never were handled. They tell you that there is a "sign on bonus" but really it is a way for them not to pay you for your orientation time. Which is illegal, they have to pay you for training and hours worked. They lie about their benefits and make people sign up for the union. If you would like to stay healthy and sane, I do not recommend working here.
