There are also opportunities to participate in clinic activities, such as decorating for different seasons, creating craft activities, and making DTT materials, which can make the work environment more engaging and creative. Offers somewhat consistent and predictable hours.

Noticeable high school-like, cliquey atmosphere, which can make the work environment feel exclusionary and uncomfortable at times. The company has also shifted toward a more corporate focus, where leadership decisions often do not prioritize the well-being of RBTs, BCBAs, or clients.
