      Flex time , drinking afternoons on Fridays

      Cons

      They get mad at you when you do use your flex time, there is poor management. The miss mange the employees by over working them. While they them selves don't do anything just play on their phones or watch youtube and will get mad at you when you do the same.

      lots of calculators. nice being able to flex out within the pay period.

      Cons

      workloads can be stressful leading to working 10-16 hour days
