      Pros

      401k matches well. (Averages to about 5.5% if you contribute 9% of your income). Health insurance is decently priced and they recently added HSA contributions. Workload is pretty even. I usually don't go over 40 hours a week.

      Cons

      Length of tenure is very important when it comes to promotions. Regardless of skill level, you will not see promotions here unless you meet the experience requirement. Compensation increases are very average.

      lots of calculators. nice being able to flex out within the pay period.

      workloads can be stressful leading to working 10-16 hour days
