Pros

My experience working at Rick Hendrick Toyota Sandy Springs and being part of the Hendrick Automotive Group has been truly rewarding. The company has strong core values that you can feel every day on the job — from the way we treat our customers to the way we support each other as a team. Pros: Outstanding Leadership: Our General Manager, Mr. Tim Hackney, sets the tone for the entire store. He leads with integrity, professionalism, and genuine care for both employees and customers. His guidance creates a positive, organized, and motivating work environment. Strong Company Values: Hendrick Automotive Group truly lives by its core values — teamwork, accountability, excellence, and putting people first. It’s not just a slogan; you see it in the way everyone works together. Supportive Environment: The company genuinely cares about its employees. They provide opportunities for growth, ongoing training, and a culture where you feel appreciated. Customer-Focused Culture: Customer satisfaction is a priority here. We focus on transparency, respect, and delivering a great experience, and that makes it easier to be proud of the work we do. Teamwork: The team atmosphere is one of the best parts — everyone jumps in to help, communicate, and make sure things run smoothly.

Cons

High standards and expectations — great for growth.

Pros

I enjoy meeting our customers. No days are the same. Flexible schedule. I'm the face of Hendrick GM parts and understand the importance of my role in keeping our customer base and expanding it.

Cons

None. I have great support and I bring back information that helps determine decisions to improve sales.

Pros

Solid corporation Corporate culture is positive Community initiatives are second to none Free health care Freedom to move

Cons

It's sales. When the economy is soft, commissions can be tight. Most locations work on a volume pay plan rather than gross profit. Most of your coworkers' primary qualification is the ability to fog a mirror. While you can largely come and go as you please, it's still expected that you are on the lot no less than 50 hours a week, leaving very little room for work-life balance.
