Pros

My first year at Hendrick Chevrolet Naples has been a milestone in my career. I joined the organization with experience, but the culture here elevated the way I work and the way I think. The environment is built on trust, accountability, and a real commitment to performance. Leadership sets high standards, and the team lives up to them every day. What stands out to me the most is the teamwork. The people here support each other, drive results together, and create an atmosphere where you want to show up ready to deliver. The collaboration across sales, service, finance, and management creates a smooth customer experience and a strong internal workflow. That type of alignment is rare, and it defines the Hendrick brand. This first year showed me that I am part of a high performing organization with real values. I am proud to represent the dealership, proud of the relationships I have built, and proud of the growth I have achieved. I look forward to building the next chapter with this team.

Cons

A few challenges stood out during my first year at Hendrick Chevrolet Naples. The pace is fast, and the expectations are high, which can feel intense when the showroom is busy or when inventory and market conditions shift. The learning curve in a franchise environment is steep, especially when adapting to new processes, systems, and performance metrics. Communication across departments can get tight during peak traffic, and it requires strong coordination to stay aligned.

Cons

None. I have great support and I bring back information that helps determine decisions to improve sales.

Pros

Solid corporation Corporate culture is positive Community initiatives are second to none Free health care Freedom to move

Cons

It's sales. When the economy is soft, commissions can be tight. Most locations work on a volume pay plan rather than gross profit. Most of your coworkers' primary qualification is the ability to fog a mirror. While you can largely come and go as you please, it's still expected that you are on the lot no less than 50 hours a week, leaving very little room for work-life balance.
