It's sales. When the economy is soft, commissions can be tight.
Most locations work on a volume pay plan rather than gross profit.
Most of your coworkers' primary qualification is the ability to fog a mirror.
While you can largely come and go as you please, it's still expected that you are on the lot no less than 50 hours a week, leaving very little room for work-life balance.
