Solid Company with decent benefits. Many employees (although mostly at a corporate level) stay with the group a long time.
Cons
Ridiculous hours even by industry standards, Compensation in Upper Management pales in comparison to what any "A Player" is accustomed to. You're either a member of their "club" or you're not.

Cons
It's sales. When the economy is soft, commissions can be tight.
Most locations work on a volume pay plan rather than gross profit.

While you can largely come and go as you please, it's still expected that you are on the lot no less than 50 hours a week, leaving very little room for work-life balance.
