Pros

None at all. Just trying to fill up this character count as much as I possibly can because nothing good came from this employer

Cons

Pay plan is designed so you don't make money. Hours are horrible. Management doesn't train you. The also treat customers like crap if they can't get a car due to credit.

I enjoy meeting our customers. No days are the same. Flexible schedule. I'm the face of Hendrick GM parts and understand the importance of my role in keeping our customer base and expanding it.

Cons

None. I have great support and I bring back information that helps determine decisions to improve sales.

Cons

It's sales. When the economy is soft, commissions can be tight. Most locations work on a volume pay plan rather than gross profit. Most of your coworkers' primary qualification is the ability to fog a mirror. While you can largely come and go as you please, it's still expected that you are on the lot no less than 50 hours a week, leaving very little room for work-life balance.
