Pros

Health care is provided to you at no cost, monthly bonuses. there is no limit to how far you can make it with the company. if you have a good read on your shoulders and aren't a negative Nancy you can grow within the company. I work with some really great people and have talked to Mr.H several times and he is a great guy. I recommend this company to anyone who knows the industry and wants to achieve great things

Cons

Some of the management can be difficult to work with but I will say this. the ones that are difficult never stay around. where I work I don't have any bad managers but I know a few and they have all left and there are some really good people there now.

Pros

I enjoy meeting our customers. No days are the same. Flexible schedule. I'm the face of Hendrick GM parts and understand the importance of my role in keeping our customer base and expanding it.

Cons

None. I have great support and I bring back information that helps determine decisions to improve sales.

Pros

Solid corporation Corporate culture is positive Community initiatives are second to none Free health care Freedom to move

Cons

It's sales. When the economy is soft, commissions can be tight. Most locations work on a volume pay plan rather than gross profit. Most of your coworkers' primary qualification is the ability to fog a mirror. While you can largely come and go as you please, it's still expected that you are on the lot no less than 50 hours a week, leaving very little room for work-life balance.
