Pros

Nice building only 3 years old.

Cons

Most toxic place I have ever worked. Starts at corporate level. High turnover rate. They dont believe in email so no way to communicate with everyone. Still do everything on paper.

Pros

Strong teamwork among therapists and nursing staff. I had opportunities to work with a variety of patient populations and gained valuable experience in crisis intervention, group therapy, treatment planning, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Leadership was generally supportive of professional growth, and there were opportunities to take on new challenges and develop clinical skills.

Cons

The job can be stressful due to the nature of inpatient behavioral health. Managing assessments, groups, documentation, treatment team meetings, and discharge planning within tight timeframes can be challenging.
