Nice yard, decent equipment, pay sometimes

Cons

I feel like they are always told about things that will never happen to me. Like I am being lead on. I have been in office waiting for a load and have had a dedicated job load offer to a driver that doesn't even live in the area. Then the driver doesn't want to do it and they don't ask me who lives right there. The favoritism is really bad.
