Large, Regimented, Cold and Soulless - Anonymous employee Henkel Employee Review

Very regimented organization insistent on internal communications as well as every site worldwide having similar look & feel. Like many large orgs they're hypocritical when it comes to employee satisfaction (don't walk the talk), at least within the division I supported, though I have been told it is different within other parts of the organization. I was laid off during restructuring after an acquisition which was poorly handled by the organization (i.e. lots of great talent let go without acknowledgement of service by the company). Overall, more focus on bottom line than on employee or customer satisfaction.
