      - unique portfolio of FMCG brands and "green" technologies in adhesives business - great colleagues - with the right mixtur of "work hard & party hard" - real focus on sustainability - long company tradition with a successful global strategy - still family-owned and therefor clear longterm strategy

      - sometimes we could speed up a little in decisions & change execution

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
