      Co-Workers were nice, facility is nice.

      Cons

      Corporate changes without any respect or compassion for local workforce. Much is said about caring for the employees but actions speak louder than words. I would not recommend Henkel to anybody.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
