      Excellent work environment. Abundant opportunities to learn and grow yourself professionally with plenty of support from leadership. Positive staff and co-workers. Feels like home when I am there.

      Pros

      Friendly, safe and trusting environment, leaders that listen, lots of opportunities for training and development.

      Cons

      Inconsistent between different hospitals and leaders. Health insurance is awful and expensive. Bonuses only go to leaders, even though frontline staff are doing the actual work.
