Pros

Able to interact with clinicians and clinical oriented research staff

Cons

Limited resources for training. Long hours of work and sometimes to come to work even if there is statewide weather alert[i.e. snow storm). No money to buy software yet asked to work using a pirated version. There are really rude and mean people works here.

Pros

Salary was good and benefits decent.

Cons

But I was bullied and treated terribly by the department manager. Multiple people reported this behavior to HR, and they just get rid of the reporter, not the abuser.
