      Good colleagues Many opportunities system wide System-wide one of the better Detroit hospitals

      Cons

      Lack of investigation on a system level in high-turnover units. Lack of non-biased follow-up on their Glint Surveys. Management has friends in high places and is able to work the system to get away with dishonesty.

      Salary was good and benefits decent.

      Cons

      But I was bullied and treated terribly by the department manager. Multiple people reported this behavior to HR, and they just get rid of the reporter, not the abuser.
