Pros

You will not get laid off Very appreciative customers. Seriously the best customers I have ever supported. The vast majority of your co-workers are great folks who have each others backs.

Cons

There will be a lot of days you wish you would be laid off. Compensation and Advancement opportunities are abysmal if you have a degree or if you already have experience. Company espouses great values, but management does not exemplify them.

Pros

Henry Schein has a genuinely collaborative culture where teamwork and respect are part of daily work life. Leadership is supportive and encourages open communication, professional development, and continuous learning. There are great opportunities to grow your skill set, especially through cross functional work with teams across pricing, product data, sales, and operations. Work–life balance is solid, the company has remote opportunities and is a respected leader in the healthcare industry. I also appreciate the company’s commitment to community outreach and social responsibility—it reinforces that we’re working for a mission-driven organization.

Cons

Like most large organizations, processes can sometimes feel slow due to the number of teams involved. Change management can take time, and cross-department alignment requires patience. However, leadership has been taking steps to improve workflows and increase efficiency.
