If you're lucky, you'll meet a few cool people before they leave

Cons

Severe lack of diversity in executive management. Doesn't honour agreements with staff or customers. Takes technical shortcuts whenever possible. Crazy micromanagement in development department. Poor work/life balance when working with international colleagues. Career development is non-existant. Pay based on favouritism and total lack of transparency. Senior executives give themselves promotions whilst entry-level staff get screwed over. Ancient software development approach with zero investment in UX/UI staff. HR exists to protect the company (not its employees). Concerns and complaints fall on deaf ears.

There are great opportunities to grow your skill set, especially through cross functional work with teams across pricing, product data, sales, and operations. Work–life balance is solid, the company has remote opportunities and is a respected leader in the healthcare industry. I also appreciate the company’s commitment to community outreach and social responsibility—it reinforces that we’re working for a mission-driven organization.

Cons

Like most large organizations, processes can sometimes feel slow due to the number of teams involved. Change management can take time, and cross-department alignment requires patience. However, leadership has been taking steps to improve workflows and increase efficiency.
