Company is in recession proof market

Cons

Watching huge bonus' in the millions of dollars if not billions while they layoff people in the $30 to $55 range. The give sparingly to charity and create high media profiles for the small contributions to earn the title of Most Admired Company. The CEO is a Rock Star CEO who likes to be on TV and continuously just pushes buttons to make acquisitions, using the money he saved by terminating people that need jobs. Company organic growth is terrible and working environment at a lower level, you get to watch VPs and Directors trying to keep their jobs.

Work–life balance is solid, the company has remote opportunities and is a respected leader in the healthcare industry. I also appreciate the company’s commitment to community outreach and social responsibility—it reinforces that we’re working for a mission-driven organization.

Cons

Like most large organizations, processes can sometimes feel slow due to the number of teams involved. Change management can take time, and cross-department alignment requires patience. However, leadership has been taking steps to improve workflows and increase efficiency.
