Pros

It started out great in 2017 when Kristen was our general manager. She treated employees with respect and valued their input and new ideas. She was also a lot of fun which boosted our morale.

Cons

They promoted a sales rep to become the general manager who was underqualified to manage by being extremely controlling, dominating, and rude . The medical software they sell is outdated and still has a 1980s appearance so it was hard to sell in today's market. Because sales were low, me and my colleague were laid off after 1 1/2 years of being unable to capture leads and sales. After we were laid off, I learned other managers and employees got up and quit. This place is barely surviving.

There are great opportunities to grow your skill set, especially through cross functional work with teams across pricing, product data, sales, and operations. Work–life balance is solid, the company has remote opportunities and is a respected leader in the healthcare industry. I also appreciate the company’s commitment to community outreach and social responsibility—it reinforces that we’re working for a mission-driven organization.

Cons

Like most large organizations, processes can sometimes feel slow due to the number of teams involved. Change management can take time, and cross-department alignment requires patience. However, leadership has been taking steps to improve workflows and increase efficiency.
