Pros

The Company is very involved in community activities and helping to provide health screenings to adults and children in under-served areas.

Cons

The level of professional respect in the corporate finance area continues to decline steadily. More and more decisions being made by finance management do not take into account the success of current processes. Changes being implemented in a dictatorship manner with no regard for the significant experience that finance staff brings each day. Turnover has continued to increase.

Cons

Like most large organizations, processes can sometimes feel slow due to the number of teams involved. Change management can take time, and cross-department alignment requires patience. However, leadership has been taking steps to improve workflows and increase efficiency.
