Pay Check shows up on time

Cons

Management is the worst I have ever worked for they lie and play favorites pick and choose how they want to interpret policy, They will easily let you get blamed for stuff you can’t control and the is a lot of finger pointing. As for HR you will never anything from them except they did an investigation. No support from management, not enough staff to cover workload, demanded more but did not offer compensation for amount of work expected to accomplish.

Cons

Like most large organizations, processes can sometimes feel slow due to the number of teams involved. Change management can take time, and cross-department alignment requires patience. However, leadership has been taking steps to improve workflows and increase efficiency.
