The heathcare coverage very limited, very high deductible, most employees dont get dental because over priced, no vision. Dont get fooled by offer letters that free heathcare counts financial toward you salary by +15k. They do this because salaries so low and need to make there offers look higher in reality its a 3-4k perk. 7) They dont have a good since of work life balance and expect people to work 6-8pm, 6 days a week.
